If you want to use it on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube/Soundcloud with monetization or in any other commercial project then you would be required to purchase a license.

Yes you can sell your music everywhere you want if you bought any type of lease. Our beats are royalty free so you get to keep 100% of the profits. Make sure you don’t exceed your Sale Units, if that happens you must upgrade your license.
Yes, I make custom, exclusive beats too!
Custom beats start at $500 and go up from there depending on the genre, instrumentation, and number of sections.

Non-exclusive licenses (also known as beat leases or leasing rights) have restrictions in number of allowed sales units, earnings, etc., and can be sold to multiple artists at the same time.
Exclusive rights allows unlimited use of the song you make with it on any medium without any limit on sales, streams, etc! After an exclusive rights license has been sold, that beat will no longer be available for any type of licensing in the future. If you buy exclusive rights to a beat, you become the owner of the beat.
